Refund policy

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that when ordering online sometimes items may need to be exchanged or returned. You are eligible for store credit if you notify us via email at contactsweetwaterboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery date. We will email a return label to you, for you to send the item back. Items must be sent back within 48 hours of receiving the return label. We do not issue refunds to original payment method. Any items returned with any smell or damage will not be credited.

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving.

All sale items, jewelry, shoes, and undergarments are final sale.

If you were sent incorrect items or were missing items please contact a member of our team within 3 business days of your order so we can get that sorted out for you.
